Forgot and Reset Password

Use this flow to regain access to your account securely.

Request a reset link

1. Open Forgot password.
2. Enter your account email and submit.
3. If the email exists, a reset link will be sent. Check your inbox (and spam).

Reset your password

1. Open the link from the email. You will be taken to the Reset Password page.
2. Enter a new password that meets the requirements.
3. Submit to complete the reset, then sign in with your new password.

Password requirements

• At least 8 characters
• Lowercase and uppercase letters
• Numbers
• Special characters (e.g., !@#$%^&*)

Troubleshooting

• Link expired? Request a new reset from the Forgot password page.
• No email? Confirm the address you entered and check spam/junk folders.
